The sixth Online Chinese writing course completed, the final step achieved!

A business guru once said something like this: Don’t overestimate how much you can do in one day, and don’t underestimate how much you can achieve over a year. This is so true. After a little more than twelve months of intense effort, with the final lesson of Review 6 uploaded last night, the entire video lessons of the Chinese Reading and Writing series are finally completed!

When learning Chinese Reading and Writing 6, one of the feedbacks that I often get from students is that, after all the trainings they received from learning Chinese Reading and Writing 1-5, they feel it is quite easy to learn new Chinese characters at this level. Before, they needed to check the stroke order chart frequently; now, characters basically write themselves. However, although learning new Chinese characters is no longer a huge challenge, there is a new challenge coming up. This new challenge is that, as they learn more Chinese characters, many of them start to resemble one another, such as 已 and 己, 入 and 人, 无 and 天. They must pay attention to the small differences between these similar looking characters. Many students believe that their attention to details has improved.

Another feedback, which I often get from students who are at level 5 & 6, always brings tremendous joy to both students and me, that they can not believe that they are reading and writing so much Chinese! And they really enjoy all the reading materials in the textbooks! I take that as a complement to my textbook writing skills, writing master pieces with limited Chinese characters.

So continue learning how to read and write Chinese, and enjoy this latest online Chinese writing course!

There are 17 video lessons produced for Chinese Reading and Writing 6, covering:
